THE CHALLENGE
This air and refrigerator filter subscription brand partnered with Loop to reduce their post-iOS 14 inflated customer acquisition costs, stabilize ad performance on a large scale, and optimize & improve creative.
The Strategies
- Offer Testing. We tested different promotional offers to determine which resonated best with customers. This enabled us to pinpoint and utilize a winning offer at scale.
- Creative Testing. We implemented a variety of different creative styles and angles to find winning strategies. Through identifying and scaling the best converting creative, we decreased Second Nature’s CPA by 36%.
- Creative Iteration. By iterating on what worked best during creative testing, we developed multiple variations of high converting ads which increased the brand’s Facebook ROAS by 56%.
- UGC Creative. Through sourcing user-generated content from creators relevant to Second Nature’s target customer, we authentically showcased the filters’ key benefits. This high performance UGC led to increased sales on both Facebook and Tiktok.
The Results
Within a month, Loop Club improved Second Nature’s Facebook ROAS by 56% and reduced CPA by 36%, bringing in 39% more revenue while spending 11% less.
