THE CHALLENGE
This long-established subscription childhood education brand was looking to decrease CPA’s on TikTok, develop effective creative, and optimize & scale their campaigns.
The Strategies
- UGC Creative. Through sourcing user-generated content from creators, we showcased the subscription’s benefits in a relatable manner, allowing us to optimize and scale.
- Creative Testing: In one month alone, we tested more than 15 creatives with different hooks, music, CTAs, and text overlays. We identified multiple winning creatives which lead to lower overall BCPA and CPA on TikTok.
- Creative Iteration: We iterated on the winning creatives by changing a few elements (music, text-overlays, CTA) which generated higher conversions at lower CPAs, helping us to scale.
- TikTok Spark Ads. By running TikTok ad formats native to the platform, we seamlessly blended Hooked on Phonics’ benefits into users’ feeds, achieving very low CPCs.
The Results
